Prof Dr. PC Lai is a professor supervising Ph.D. students with "UNIRAZAK" and facilitating postgraduate programs with various universities as well as conducting corporate training with industry. She also spoke and judged at local and international conferences, competitions, and events including winning numerous ICT local and international awards. She has more than 15 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region in various industries, mainly telecommunications and Finance. Her works also involved corporate strategy, e-business, marketing, and transforming business processes between the PEOPLE (employees), PRODUCTS, PARTNERS and CUSTOMERS by enhancing customer satisfaction levels and ultimately resulting in enhanced Business Relationships, reduced costs, processes, and increased revenue. She was also the Chief Strategy Information Officer (CSIO) with a publicly listed company. She is also affiliated with a few technology transfer offices globally besides advisors with a few associations.
