He holds a Master and a PhD. from the Graduation Program in Business Administration at PUCRS. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management at the same University. He works as reviewer to ECIS, AMCIS, CONF-IRM and also to several Brazilian conferences and journals. His research interests include Information Technology Governance in private and public organizations, especially trough the lens of culture and organizational behavior.

She holds a PhD. from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). Visiting Research Scholar in the IS and Innovation Research Group at the LSE (UK), AMCIS IT Governance and Architecture Minitrack Co-Chair, CONF-IRM ICT Management and Governance Track Co-Chair, ECIS IT Governance and Business-IT Alignment Track Associate Editor, and MIS Program Co-Chair at the main Brazilian Conference on Administration. Her research interests include IT Governance, Electronic Governance and Open Government.

Odirlei Antonio Magnagnagno

Master and a PhD candidate in Business Administration at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. Assistant Professor at "Centro Universitário FAG" and "Faculdade Dom Bosco Cascavel-Pr". Ministers the subjects of Information System and Information technology. He works as reviewer member at Centro Universitário FAG's committee for human research ethics. His research interests include Information Technology Governance from the perspective of privacy, as well as studies of corruption.
