Resumo
The business process modeling assists the organizations in the conception of referring representations to a business process. The knowledge management provides Knowledge management provides ways for the administration and control of knowledge assets of an organization. This study it has as objective to verify as the organizations promote the process modeling and demonstrate the modeling and analysis of a business process. Another objective in question is to use knowledge management to organize and disseminate the knowledge generated in the conception of the processes. The theoretical recital consists of the relative concepts to business process management (BPM), modeling of processes, knowledge management, collaborative tools, with focus in the Wikis. By means of a case study, it was evaluated how a company performed modeling and knowledge management processes. The study it evidenced the present scenario and demonstrated aspects to be led in account in scenarios as the studied one.
