Resumo


The information is a factor of development and growth of a nation, its lack impedes the management of any business. Currently, the amount of information available is significant, although the necessary information is not received correctly by users. Information transfer strategies are directed primarily to identify which and what kind of information may help to reach the objective proposed; to whom should be given the information and what kind of technologies should be used. One of the most important strategies in any process of information transfer is the concern with the format and the appropriate time of information submission, respecting all kinds of culture. Each type of user has different informational needs that require a specific presentation format. Farmers, for example, have a culture that differentiates them from others. The information needs to be transmitted in a peculiar way, respecting their language and their beliefs. Therefore, the information useful for this kind of group should ensure its value sharing experiences, technical assistance and monitoring business
