DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS FOR SPECIFIC CHECKLISTS TO EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE
Última alteração: 2015-01-27
Resumo
It identifies a great difficulty in conceptualizing a SE (educational software), classify and establish its characteristics. For an effective assessment of an SE is required to draw up specific criteria for evaluation of each modality. The quality of an SE is widely discussed among educators and experts who need to learn how to evaluate software on the market. This work studies certain categories of software (training, application, tutorial and games) as to its definition, and elaboration of specific checklists for each modality, which consists of questions asked of the software to check its usefulness, functionality and pedagogical characteristics. Questions were divided into aspects of the software, some of them like interface, pedagogical characteristics, non-functional requirements, content, documentation. The checklists were confronted with a generalized checklist used by PROINFO, and can be seen that not generalized checklists present a better form of assessment of SEs
