Resumo
Innovation is very important to foster companies´ competitiveness. In Brazil, besides the excellent academic performance of researches, the results regarding innovation are weak because a few applied knowledge is created. Bringing companies and universities closer could help to fix this situation. This paper tells the experience of Serasa Inc. on developing a model of relationship with universities in order to induce the creation of relevant knowledge for its business.
